Fibre Feast SA was created by three local, yarn-loving business owners. It was conceived out of a desire to foster the fibre craft scene around Adelaide, connect makers and sellers with the public and create a space where crafty people can meet, learn and enjoy each other's company.

Jasmin is the owner of Purl and Friends, a pop-up yarn shop based in a restored vintage Franklin caravan.

With so many local yarn shops having closed their doors, Jasmin dreamed of taking beautiful, ethically sourced, hard-to-get yarns out to the masses. She is passionate about helping people find the perfect yarn for their project and encouraging a slow-fashion and d.i.y. approach to personal style.

Dear Pru is a South Australian business founded on creativity, learning and connection. Pru Raymond, the knitter, designer and teacher behind the brand, draws on 15 years’ experience in secondary and tertiary education and a lifetime of knitting, nurtured principally by her paternal grandma. Engaging knitting workshops are at the core of Dear Pru as Pru is passionate about holding a space for people to build skills and confidence while connecting with others through making. Dear Pru knitting patterns are available in print internationally, and online.

Charmaine is owner of Yarnarama, a (mostly) online yarn store started in 2014, which specialises in undyed yarns, high quality commercially dyed yarns, 5 brands of knitting needles and many other locally made accessories. Only been knitting for a few years but love the friends and community I have become involved in since I started knitting and my business.
